Winter is upon us, and the holidays are just around the corner. Days and nights are definitely getting colder. So, what can we do to warm them up? Well, I suggest taking your beloved fairy tales, adding a healthy dose of heat, and Voila! You have the Fiery Tales series!
I hope you’ll check out my latest, UNDONE. A hot, yet so very emotional retelling of Rapunzel. Seriously, this is the most emotionally charged, touching book I’ve written to date. And the first SIX chapters can be read for FREE.
Just click HERE, scroll down to VIEW SAMPLE and Enjoy!
Oh, but that’s not all!
I’m so excited about my upcoming HOLIDAY Fiery Tale!
I’m taking Hans Christian Andersen’s famous, The Little Match Girl, and retelling it in a very grown up and romantic way (with my signature scorching hot love scenes, of course. *winks*). I love stories about second chances! And what better way to heat up the holidays than with my upcoming Christmas novella THE DUKE’S MATCH GIRL.
Leo, the Duke of Mont-Marly and Suzanne Matchet had something very special seven years ago. That is, until fate tore them apart and Leo was forced to walk away. In THE DUKE’S MATCH GIRL I’ve got one sinfully delicious Duke, emotions and desires long denied. And one oh so wicked use of champagne. 😉
Leo is determined to make this Christmas one Suzanne will never forget. This Christmas, they will finally get the chance to see if passion and love still burns just as bright!

I like all kinds of heroes. My fav is the alpha but I love the others as well.

1/4 beta + 3/4 alpha = Perfect Romance Book Hero. So I’d like to have the best of both worlds, they make a very unpredictable hero. 😀
simonelorzz(AT)gmail(DOT)com
Your question immediately brought to mind a song by Willie Nelson titled ‘Why Do I Have to Choose?’ Now, I have to agree with Lory Lee…looks like she’s got the combination to make the ultimate perfect hero!
kareninnc at gmail dot com
I love the Alpha with a bit of bad boy in there!
modularmates(at)comcast(dot)net
I love the Alpha Hero too, with a touch of Beta. I want him to be protective, loyal and gentle, but most of all, to love completely.

I do love both. A hot alpha that is all mine!! And the nice beta that is in truth what I truly want
charm, charisma, killer smile, alpha hero 🙂

while I enjoy reading different types of heroes, my fave is that alpha/bad boy — it so much fun (and sexy) watching them fall 🙂

The Beta boy next door – I like to see a quiet, nerdy guy in a romance
I love reading about bad boys tamed by his one true love… that’s romantic… read somewhere before that reformed rakes make the best husbands.
I love the alpha/bad boy. Those are definitely my favorite and what I look for.

The cover of Undone is BEAUTIFUL – simply beautiful! I read Awakened by a Kiss and I really enjoyed it! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to win 3 of your books *squee*
I love all different types of heroes. I combination of bad boy and beta bad boy is always good (although I do prefer my heroes to be Scottish – lol).
~Julie K
I love a combo ~ 90% Alpha & 10% boy next door.

QUESTION: What’s your favorite kind of hero? Alpha/bad boy hero? Beta boy next door? Or a combo of both?
Totally the bad boy. I especially like it when they are the redeemed villian. Meaning that they were once villians but found redemption, now being good and fighting the darker half.

I love the cover of Undone! I love a hero who falls for a strong minded lady and then the seduction game starts. A nice charming hero! Would love to win one of your books!
Bad boy! *shakes head at self* I know. I know. They ARE a lot of trouble, but…that’s probably why I love them so much!
I love to read about the alpha bad boy but the quiet boy next door has his place too. Thank you for the hop giveaway!
I love the alpha bad boy but I don’t might the beta once in awhile either.
vampiremistress2010(at)gmail(dot)com
great idea about retelling Rapunzel. There aren’t many of those out there 🙂 I like my hero alpha, but quiet and introspective. So when he says something he means it. sstogner1 at gmail dot com
My favourite kind of a hero is a mix of both alpha and bad boy!
I love the bad boy Alpha hero, who has a sensitive side. 😀
Barbed1951 at aol dot com
Ooh I have several of your books and love the cover with the red dress amazing!!

Oh a little of both please!! Love the cover!!
Alpha / Bad boy any day of the week! 😉
My hero would be the guy next door. Hopefully, he would be kind, compassionate and possess a conscience and a good sense of humor. That’s a real man!
I love how you are taking fairy tales and breathing new life into them. Totally delicious! 🙂
Connie Fischer
I like them more beta than alpha… but still able to kick arse. Hey, I’m a barely-5’4″-115lb-scientist-in-training and can kick arse; that boy next door better be able to do so as well! 🙂
My totally bad boy would be one who is tender, loving and kind. Thanks for giveaway.
They both have their plus and minuses, but I can’t resist a bad boy. I love the alpha male, they always protect what is theirs.

I like a Beta hero who can make me laugh.

I like the Beta and Gama heroes =D
Thanks for the giveaway!!

Alpha/bad boy all the way!! lol! I loved, loved “Undone”! Thanks for the giveaway!
gatormaryd(at)yahoo(dot)com
I tend to like alpha/bad boys, you those rakes. Occasionally, I need boy next door, but over the bad boy in the story.
countessofmar(at)yahoo(dot)com
I like a combination; tho it really depends on how well the author has written the story & the character.
I prefer the alpha bad boy.
elaing8(at)netscape(dot)net
It depends on the story — but I am more partial to the Beta heroes.
I like a combo, and I try to read different genres, so I can read about different types.
Thanks ~

I think it depends on my mood. But I usually like my heros a bit alpha….
maybe31 at yahoo.com
I think a combo of both would be the one for me.
I guess I like all types of heroes as long as they aren’t too cocky. Thanks for the great giveaway!
I love the alpha bad boy that is really just a good old boy at heart. I guess I love a combo, but mostly alpha!
Thanks for the giveaway!

I love my heroes to be both! I love a sexy alpha bad boy but I also love the soft touch of the boy next door. Thanks for the great hop!
ehaney578 at aol dot com
I do love the alpha/bad boy, but it’s a sweet deal when they’re willing to be a soft touch for the right woman/family. So a smart, tough man with heart will win mine 😀

If I were still in my early twenties, I’d say the alpha bad boy. But in my thirties I think I’d prefer the beta. Someone more quite but still protective.
Btw, I’m so excited to hear you’re doing a grown up version of The Little Match Girl. That was one of my favorite stories as a child. I still remember my huge book of fairytales, and the gorgeous illustrations. Thank you for the giveaway!
msromanticreads(at)gmail(dot)com
Oh I love the Alpha, hands down. There’s just something so sexy about a man in charge who suddenly finds himself falling in love.

love the bad boy/alphas!!!
I love when authors put their own spin on fairy tales so I’m looking forward to reading your books very soon. 🙂
I like a combo hero. Though if the book is good either will do.
Definitely Alpha bad boy who can be redeemed, but he can still be very very naughty.
Alpha bad boy!! And he doesn’t even have to be redeemed, lol. I do love the guy next door at times, but nothing gets me like that bad ass Alpha hero…
